Thanks,

Yes.

The All-tech doesn't knock me out but it does have a unique character and could be quite useful. Apparently there are also some minor fixes to some of the other plug-ins. I don't know what those fixes are.

All you have to do is download and install and let the plug-ins get scanned again. Reauthorizing is not needed.

Yes. (And you don't need to re-authorize.)

To summarize, for those who haven't followed the last few pages:

If you already have the Integral Studio Pack, and you want the All-Tech EQ, you must re-download and install the entire bundle, which now has the All-Tech included. You don't need to re-authorize - just install and go. (At least, that's how it worked for me.)

For the record, this reinstall did not remove the previous Nomad Factory user presets that i'd cobbled together, which resided in HD/Library/Audio/Presets/NomadFactory/ - they were still there (although I had option-dragged a copy to my desktop, as warned, just to be safe.)

Shooshie, it was painless: it downloaded in the background; the install said it would take 6 minutes but only took 2. No reauthorization was necessary, as mentioned above. . . I do like the new plugin. The ranges that it eq's are sweetspots that I should know about already, but don't - maybe since i'm a newbie-ish engineer, after all these years of being predominantly a player.

However, the (Master Track) I put this new plug-in on so far, I ended up taking it off,

Thanks guys, I'm convinced now. I had read someone's woes of authorization problems, but now that I understand that it's just a matter of reinstalling the whole bundle, I'm not intimidated by it. I just hate getting into authorization problems that potentially set me back a step or two, then require momentous effort to fix, all for the gain of a single plugin. But now that I know it's not like that, I'll just go ahead and download it.

Thanks again,

Shooshie

My fault. I was anticipating and broadcasting a problem when there wasn't one. Well, there actually was a problem in that I didn't know what I was doing.

Sorry about that.

It's ALL YOUR FAULT, Dan! All your fault! :?

Nah, I kind of went into the thread thinking the same way that you were reporting, so I picked up on your mood really easily. But it's not a problem and never was. Don't be afraid to say what you're thinking, even if it's wrong, because someone will correct you and all will be well again.
But it was fun rubbing it in!

:) :) :)

Maybe we went into it kind of pessimistically because our optimism has been crushed many times before? Ya think?

Thanks!
