TransferStation and ESi 4000

i have Emu Esi 4000 sampler and want to do SCSI sample transfer. Problem is, when i send a single sound from Peak or Recycle, ESi puts the sound all across the keyboard.

I also have Emax II, where i can specify (using softw. Alchemy) key range where sound will be placed. My question is: is there a similar software for ESi 4000 sampler? I heard of some "TransferStation", but its so old thats nowhere to find....
