Re: WAVES NEW BUNDLE CLA
is it the CLA Classic Compressors bundle?
I bought this a few months ago and man, they are absolutely great... I love them, I have a few nice pieces of outboard comps but not enough, and this bundle do the job very nice

Re: WAVES NEW BUNDLE CLA Signature Series
Thanks for posting this.
I just downloaded them and am ambivalent.
They seem kind of dumbed down.
Very basic adjustments.
Not bad, but as a tweaker, I want to be able to fine tune.
I'm not sure I understand this new paradigm.
It seems like prepackaged, watered down versions of Waves plugs with very limited editing capability.
Just my first impressions.

Re: WAVES NEW BUNDLE CLA Signature Series
Second impressions...
These things sound pretty darned good.
I've messed around with various combinations and compared them to what I can come up with by chaining my other plugs.
I slapped the vocal plug on a submix of background vocals and it was really nice.
Fast and easy to get a great sound.
I tried it on a lead vocal and was similarly impressed.
I'm not sure if I know how I will use these plugs, but I do have to say, they sound very nice.
It is very easy to quickly get a workable sound albeit with limited parameters.
Maybe that is the strength of this new paradigm.
