Quickscribe font in DP5.13

Hello.

I posted this below, but as it was a thread about DP7, and haven't had any responses, I thought I'd post afresh...

I have a quickscribe font problem. I've followed Shooshie's instructions for performing a safe boot but it didn't solve it. I suspect it's because I'm using DP5.13 with Snow Leopard (10.6.2).

Here's a screenshot of what I get displayed as a c major scale...



I suppose I should brace myself for an "upgrade to DP7" answer, but if you have any ideas for my current version I'd be very grateful.

Sorry, just realised I should have posted this in the troubleshooting section.

Check inside the app itself and see if it contains QuickscribeX. Control-Click on the app and pull down the menu to "Show Package Contents." If it's in there, you might just leave it and check your font folders to remove Quickscribe from them. After getting Quickscribe out of your font folders, and ascertaining that you've got QuickscribeX in the app itself, then repeat the safe boot and see if it works.

If not, then you'll probably have to upgrade. I think 6.0 was the version officially compatible with Snow Leopard. Not sure about that. Maybe 5.13 was, too. I just don't remember.

That hasn't worked for me. I suppose I'm resigned to the inevitable upgrade.
