Hallo I need help! I use an Motu 828mk3 Fire Wire. I did an Update from Windows Vista Ultimate 64 up to Windows 7 Ultimate 64. I also Installed the new Drivers from the latest Version for W7 64Bit. All Drivers are installed perfectly, but if I open the programm CUE MIX, than it does not work. The problem is that a window opened with: Attention The Device is on a bus that c ... nsfer rate
Who can help? Is it a software problem? All drivers are correctly installed and are running. Only the bloody software CUE MIX, which is needeed not. What can I do? I am happy for any help. If some one has an idee, please send to Michael.Frentzen@gmx.de

I run Win 7 Ult 64 with the 828mk3. I get that error when I forget to turn on the 828 before windows. Once I turn on the 828 first then windows I have no problems.
