Hi Scooter,

It's my gusle.

Here's a gusle/vocal example:

WAY off-topic. Sorry folks.

Cool link! After a while, the tuning of the scale he was playing sounds natural, especially when he begins singing precisely in pitch with it. I have no idea what he was saying, but I'm assuming he's either extolling the virtues of the guy in the picture, or airing the dirty laundry.

I like the "scroll" on your gusle. Reminds me of Beowulf. More instruments ought to have dragons on 'em. Hey, we've got Unicorns on ours!

I'm 7.1 as of yesterday. Been working on it with no performance difference or hang-ups.
If anything I might have to say that it feels a little peppier than 7.02

Also thanks again for the link 666. It's a very rich sounding instrument that I've never heard of before.
I'd like to have a whole room full of strange instruments and then drag them out every once and while and try to figure out how to play them.

I'm quoting myself because this is the funniest pun that I've made all year, and I'm not sure that anyone got even a chuckle out of it. I'd shrug it off, except that I will probably never have the opportunity to make this pun again...

And we will forever recall this day as the day Zed finally realized his illness was incurable.

PS: I got it the first time, and while it didn't quite register a LOL, I gained great respect for your abilities as a punster my alphabetarian friend.

PPS: You are most certainly correct in your assertion you will never again be offered a similar opportunity to corrupt the English language.

PPPS: Not only the funniest one all YEAR, the funniest pun of the decade!

And some of the punniest fun I've had all year!

That's the spirit, thank you. I'm glad someone is paying attention. :D

At MOTUNation a punster named Zed
found laughter not easily led,
when his pun tapped the mood,
but no guffaws ensued,
said Zed "I gusle explain it instead."

I once knew a girl from Nantucket
She played in a band with bass bucket
but they played out of tune
and could sure clear a room
when a tomato was thrown they would duck it

There once was a Unicorn Nation
who divided up their concentrations
they spent all their time
making lim'ricks and rhymes
and did nothing at their DA Workstations

You sure nailed me with that last one. I've had DP open all day, but haven't done a bit of work! Actually, there are other distractions at home, today. Still, it's nice to know that DP can take the punishment of sitting there while all these other apps get the attention of the CPU, and not crash all day!
