from Waterstrum:
What is the secret to downloading and authorizing?
They don't send a link. The downloads are in the "Members Area" at esoundz.
Click on "My Soundz" and then click the "my downloads' on the left.
You'll see all the downloads there. Leave your downloads as zip files don't un-zip them like I did. Da. But there is a cool Mac feature though if you do that re-zips the files. Just right click the folder and compress.

But wait there's more! You need to redeem the Infinite Player which is used with Kontakt.
You'll see that under "serial"
Once you install the player then drop your zip files onto it and they are ready to be used in Kontakt.

But wait there's even more.
They will come up as demos in Kontakt so then authorize them with the serial number given to you.
I think that's it.

There is also another "members area" you'll need to access besides that on eSoundz.com. The other site is DownloadableSoundz.com and it uses the same username and password.

This is a feature to merge these two accounts, but I'm not sure what it does since certain downloads remain in both places. It may take a day or two an hour or two for your download areas to update, but the files and info will appear eventually.

Scooter is right about the which players are needed, but one of the installation PDFs talks about having to download the OWD Player, which doesn't seem to be accurate for this group buy.

Esoundz merged my accounts for me when I was having difficulty figuring out the download process. I also asked them about the OWD player pdf and haven't heard back.

I don't think you need it. I have all the files, but haven't finished installing them, so I'm not
positive.

Thanks for all of your kind replies.

I'm still stuck.
I can't find any link to the Infinite Player. (serials comes up blank)
I'm not even sure what files I'm supposed to download.
There is a whole page full when I go to my download page, but no Infinite Player.

I sent a request for help and perhaps they will respond soon.

I can't wait to hear these sounds.

Thanks again.

Yes, it's a little confusing to say the least but they can probably explain it better than I.

Ok i've started the download process.

I've got all the OW drums now, i'm going to leave the DM's for another day..

I've found the link to the Infinite Player download but it's saying that it costs "79 creditz".

Is this correct?

If the download link came from a redeem code which you found in your eSoundz member area then the 79 creditz will not be charged (i.e. as long as the link is connected to the Group Buy it won't actually charge you). If it does, then you can e-mail Allen and he will help you sort it out.

Well, I bought it a few days ago, but have nothing in my orders or downloads. The only email I got was from Paypal confirming I paid the 99 bucks... :?

Just send an e-mail to allen (at) eSoundz dot com, tomorrow, and he will confirm that you made the PayPal payment and will put everything in your download area. PayPal orders have to be done manually, for some reason, and they've been pretty busy over there.

Hey Zed..

The link was from a redeem code.. I just tried again but the link has disappeared now..
I'll email them in the morning..

Oh yeah... once you've begun the redeem process you definitely have to use it without closing the window or you will lose the download links.

But don't worry... Allen will give you a new redeem code in the morning without a hassle. :-)

Yeah, Allen is great!
Very fast response to the questions and problems.

This whole process has been one of the more convoluted installations I have encountered.

Now that I almost have it all up and running, I'm very happy.

Wonderful sounding kits.

Really good deal if you are willing to figure it all out.
