JV1080
I recently started playing my JV1080 with all my orchestral sound cards. I don't think I have used it in 2 years. It really sounded great! Especially the Orchestral Strings. I think I am going to continue to use it again.

Re: JV1080
I recall being at Capitol in Hollywood on a string date.AllanKane wrote:I recently started playing my JV1080 with all my orchestral sound cards. I don't think I have used it in 2 years. It really sounded great! Especially the Orchestral Strings. I think I am going to continue to use it again.
And it was one where I didn't do the final string arrangement, I was producer however.
And this very famous arranger, (grammy winner), and I had a fabulous time talking about our JV1080's with orchestral cards. He had referenced my 1080 string demos and recognized the sounds. All these vips floating around the studio, cameras etc, and here we were talking about JV 1080s...lol.
I still use mine and love it. Of course, libraries like LASS strings are a whole new level of quality, but for speed, ease of use and bang for the buck, you can;t go wrong.
