828 mkII usb 2.0 buffer size limitation

Hello everyone

I used to run windows xp professional sp3
and the buffer size could not be configured less than 256.
I didn't mind that much because 256 samples is ok for what
I want to do.

The thing is I am now running Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit,
downloaded the latest drivers and the buffer size would not
fall below 512!!!!

I really don't know what to do.

If anyone had a similar problem please help!
