Oh... the videos are up!
At the moment it appears that you have to download the QuickTime to view those. I'm downloading now...

You can watch the vimeos online.

Either way you cut it, that's a good deal for Trilogy owners.

I look forward to reviews of Trillium. I never liked Trilogy, but Trillium is really a brand-new product, and deserves an unbiased look.

+1 agree,it is a good deal either way but it would have been even sweeter if it had been the same across the board.

I just got it tonight but am too tired to install. But, on another note, I've been using Trilogy w/wrapper in DP 7.01 and Snow Leopard without problems this week. I have been printing it to audio immediately but it does seem to be working much better. Just the fact that it's even working is something!

Installed earlier today before my gig and all went well...
5 discs and 14-18 minutes per disc to install.
Authorization was easy and then there are already 3 new updates.
Installed those with no issues.
Auditioned a few sounds...
Some large patches...an acoustic bass over 2 gigs!

No problems here on my G5. The three updates are separate installers for the plug-ins, patches, and sound library. I suspect they're for fixes done between the time they sent off the masters for duplication and the release date. The new 'check for updates' feature in the plug, like in Omnisphere, makes it easy to check if you have the most current versions.

Haven't had time to play with it much, but at first glance the upright acoustic bass sounds fantastic. It sounds great when Eric plays it in the acoustic demo too (demo videos are now up).

I suspect they were scrambling to get the release out the door, and the tutorial videos and support forum will probably be up pretty soon. Very cool and deep bass instrument.

Apparently over 21,000 samples in that one instrument! I'm surprised it is not well over 2GB. Maybe you were looking at one of the smaller acoustic basses...?

I have put my name on the list to be called as soon as my local music store gets this in! Very exciting indeed. :-)

Pre-ordered mine a week ago.
Got the Rock Bottom price for it.
As low as you can get it.
Sorry. I had to do that.
I'm sure it's gonna sound ridiculously good!

Also Trilian has many different spellings, if you haven't noticed.
It's a lot like the word Hanukkah.

Can you please tell us what that price is and where we should go to do the same? Or were you just making puns?

I don't suppose the fact that I am a Stylus RMX customer will give me any break on the pricing, will it?
