Nomad Factory Plugin Offer: The Integral Studio Upgrade

Post by DontCrack »

Hey guys, I'm back !

I apologies for keeping you guys on hold but we had to go through quite allot of negotiating to settle the definitive options and we're finally there ! The folks at Nomad Factory are business mens but they are very professional and they have been very cool following-up with "most" of our (your) inquiries

There was also technical licensing issues to solve for this "global upgrade" thing to happen and I think we found the best and easiest way to go. Again the guys at Nomad proved to be very flexible and reactive. They followed our suggestions and that should make life easy for all users when upgrading from whatever bundle to the new "Integral Studio Pack" (formerly Integral Bundle). So here's what's going to happen. I'll try to answer all questions posted above.

But before I start, let me thank all of you for the very kind words and the incredibly cool testimonials I read above. It is all of you that (through all the enthusiastic comments), made this incredible deal possible... Again thanks for your time and your great support !

So here we go :

1- The Upgrade and the FULL "Integral Studio Pack" promotion should start this Thursday, October 29 through Sunday, November 8, 2009. I understand that is quite short for some of you but that is part of the deal Nomad Factory imposed. It is now or never ! The licenses and the installers are ready to ship and we are working on the web pages...

2- The promoted price for the full upgrade has been settled at $149 and it simply gives access to the full "Integral Studio Pack" license. The Upgrade will be made available to all owners of the previous "Integral Bundle" - "Studio Pro Bundle" - "Vintage Studio Bundle" - and the "Nomad Producer Pack" Bundle.

3- We will verify that you DO own one of the above Nomad Factory bundles at check-out. You will need to enter your previous bundle activation code (Digital ID) to authorize the "Integral Studio Pack" from the Nomad Factory web site. We will not refund customers that purchase the upgrade and cannot provide a previous bundle activation code !

4- When authorizing the upgrade license, the previous bundle license will automatically be discontinued. You can therefore not use, sale, rent, or transfer the previous bundle license.

5- The promoted price for the full "Integral Studio Pack" has been settled at :
$398 (MSRP $4 613) From now on, only ONE authorization is need to authorize all 47 plug-ins.

6- The upgrade and the new "Integral Studio Pack" does includes ALL 47 Nomad Factory plugins (except the D82 Sonic Maximizer which is not a Nomad Factory product but a BBE Sound product and there is no way we could include it in any way !).

7- As an extra Bonus, all customers that upgrade or buy the full "Integral Studio Pack" will be offered the upcoming "ALL-TECH 9063B" (MSRP $129) as a FREE upgrade when it is available (should be before the end of the year).

8- Nomad Factory products are Multi Platform (Mac/PC) and Multi Format (AU, VST, RTAS). Users may therefore download, install and authorize any of the following installers. 3 authorizations are made available for those who prefer to authorize their plugins via Challenge/Response. ilok authorization is also possible. Simply the best of all worlds !

ie : You may authorize the PC VST installer on your PC laptop, authorize the MAC AU installer on your Mac and keep one authorization for a future OS install or a new computer... it is not permitted to share authorization codes. An activation code is for a single user !

9- Here are the links to the full "Integral Studio Pack" installers. To demo the plugins, simply download your preferred installer and authorize it via Challenge/Response from the Nomad Factory website. Only ONE authorization is need to authorize all 47 plugins

Yes... a very good idea. I'm guessing that James wouldn't mind, Peter, if you pasted your last post into a new topic which announces this ONE WEEK upgrade extravaganza.

Perhaps if James is following this thread he can give you thumbs up?

Hi Peter, I'm thrilled to join the wagon and I'll definitely be upgrading, but I'd like to ask you a question.
If I will authorize my PC laptop and my Mac Pro via Challenge/Response as in the example above, I will be left with just one authorization. Question is, what if in the future I'm going to change the two of them? I will be able to authorize just one of the two new computers?
Thanks for your unbelievable offer.

Cheers

Allow me. When you've used up your 3 authorizations, you have to contact the company to get the next batch of three. They're free, but you have to get their permission for more so they know what you're up to...you bad boy.

Hey guys,

Thank you so much for the great suggestion. And thank you James for going further pinning it up. That is much appreciated !

As I will send an email to all owners of previous Nomad bundles, do you mind if I make this new topic more of a promotion for the full "Integral Studio Pack" at $398 ? That would reach visitors that don't yet own any Nomad Factory bundles ?

Thanks - Peter

the Nomad Santa Clause! I'm in, first available.

You guys, that's wonderful. I am so looking forward to that stereo enhancer, de-esser and many others. I can remember a few other group-buys that have come through this forum, but never as great a deal as this. I think we're making history here. And you know what? I think it's good for you guys, too. I'd heard OF Nomad plugs, but I'd never HEARD them. In a market so saturated with plugins, how do you get enough people using them that it starts a buzz? I think you found the way. If not for this deal (at least, the original Producer's Pack deal), I'd still be stuck to my Waves plugins like a sock out of the dryer. This was just what I needed to wean me and show me that there are some (other) great plugins out there.

It might interest you to know that most of my output these days is classical. After nearly 20 years of pop stuff, I'm finally getting back to my roots. There were some great classical recordings of the 1950's and 1960's, and I'm finding that I can reproduce some of those sounds with some of these Nomad Factory plugins. Sorry I don't have specifics for you; I'm still new to these and haven't memorized their names yet, plus I'm still experimenting. But it's more of that analog/tube sound, the sound of Neumanns and Telefunkens, Decca trees, and the old analog sound desks.

Also, your presets are excellent. It would literally take me years to get as far as these presets go. This is perhaps the best set of presets I've ever had in plugins of any type. They're not only great for actual use, but they're educational as well. I've learned a lot about audio processing just from observing the presets.

Thanks again for the great deal,

Shooshie
