Installed it and it started up.
I let it go through the AU check (just for the h%€# of it), no news here (like crashing or so)...
All my 150 plugs went through the check.

Under the DP7 Help Menu is "Download Digital Performer Updates", but that just functions as a hyperlink to the MOTU site. Convenient, but not live per se.

.

I just installed it on my laptop.
Nothing earth shattering... just a few minor improvements, but it's VERY nice to see MOTU working hard at improving DP all the time. I mean, we didn't even have much time to report on bugs (IF there are were any) :)

I bet they must be already working on DP 7.5, where they will implement ALL the things I begged for
Mac Mini Server i7 2.66 GHs/16 GB RAM / OSX 10.14 / DP 9.52
Tascam DM-24, MOTU Track 16, all Spectrasonics' stuff,
Vienna Instruments SUPER PACKAGE, Waves Mercury, slaved iMac and Mac Minis running VEP 7, etc.

Not seeing anything in my login to MOTU even though it has my registration of DP7 in my profile. In addition to not getting any notification from MOTU in my registered email address, I'm getting the following message on the MOTU web site downloads page for DP:

"There are currently no updates available for the version of Digital Performer registered to your MOTU.com login ID, or you do not have any Digital Performer registrations linked with your MOTU.com login ID."

One of 2 possibilities for this: MOTU is staggering the notification to avoid a huge onslaught of download requests or they just haven't gotten to me yet. I used to work for a software company and they always staggered download notifications so that may be the case here.

Since it doesn't seem to be a critical upgrade, I'll wait a few days to see what happens first.

Thanks for the note on this.
