Digital noise on recordings!! no idea why...

Hi, I have been having strange noises on my recordings with the MOTU HD192.
it all sounds great and then there is a small click or dropout or something.
I thought it was the clock source, but i have tried all combinations, hd192-internal, pci-internal and wordclock from the MTP AV. no change.
its more present when i record pianos, so i even thought it was some strange electric thing between the piano and the carpet and the mic, so as you can see, i am clueless.
this happened on dp5, dp6, with jaguar and tiger.
i don't want to think the unit is wrong, but its coming to that.
any ideas?
i also live in mexico, so its not so simple to send the unit for repair...

do you get that problem on every input?
if you want to attach a file, you have to upload it to an external homepage and post the url here! that should work.
post a screenshot, maybe that would help too!

Its fixed!
yes, it was in every channel, but not at the same volume.
I switched the interfase to another audio wire input in the pci card, and the clicks are gone!
weird, but solved...
