Quick Time Export issue

Quick Time Export issue

Hi -

For some reason whenever I export as a quicktime (from the bounce to disk window), anyone that has a PC is not able to see picture (sound only), but It's fine for anyone on a mac. I know there are a lot of other factors at play here, but it seems to consistently happen regardless of how the quicktime is uploaded to the client (be it yousendit, idisk, fetch, zipped or unzipped etc.). I was told DP is somehow not allowing the PC's to see the picture and it's there but "hidden." Has anyone heard of this or have any idea why this is happening??

I'm on DP 5.13, OSX 10.5.8
