Hi there, this is probably totally silly, but could anyone tell me how do i get the mk3 making sounds in Standalone mode? I have never really used CueMix at all, so is there something there i have to set up?

Have you checked the manual? I recall that there is a fairly thorough explanation of the CueMix FX software as well as standalone front panel operation.
The leading cause of wrong answers is asking the wrong questions.

yea i did check the manual. it does go into cuemix, although it doest really go into setting it up. as it turns out it was something small, all the channels were muted so i wasnt getting sound.
