828 mk3 and Vista 64 query

I really love my mk3 firewire that I have only had for about four months. I am going to upgrade from XP sp2 to Vista 64 with my new system and have been getting spooked reading some of the threads here. Can anyone tell me if they are operating a mk3 with Vista 64 and is it behaving with all features working?

No two systems are alike, custom built or store bought. Any manufacture that builds a system that interfaces with a computer is going to have problems solving every problem or pleasing every user. It's the luck of the draw, I've been running Vista Ult from the beginning with my 828 mk3 and every version of software and firmware with out a hitch or glitch. When I upgrade to Windows 7 it might bomb, but thats the chance I have to take. Try it and if it doen't work decide which you like best, the hardware or the operating system and go from there.

Thanks CS, I am thinking of taking a big jump with Vista 64 and the new Sonar 8 64 bit DAW and I understand that I may have to make some compromises. I really like the sound of my mk3, and the features of Sonar. Now to have everything screaming along on a 64 bit system would certainly be the big jack. Hopefully MOTU is keeping pace and providing the service and drivers to make guys like me loyal customers.
