UAD-2 Quad

Post by kwiz »

Anyone using the UAD-2 Quad card? I have two UAD-1 cards in a four slot Magma Chassis and am thinking of upgrading and just using one Quad card.
My question is how is the performance of the card, any issues?

Works great, no issues whatsoever. There are one or two of the older original plug-ins that don't work on the Quad, Nigel for instance, but I haven't had a single issue with the card or the plug-ins and I use it everyday, all day long. It's also considerably faster and more powerful....I have yet to max it out and I'm using way more UAD plugs then ever!!!...It Rocks......RC

I haven't got the quad (I have the solo), but it works flawlessly. I do miss Nigel, though.
