I have one of the original travelers, not the mk3 version. I've used it and Digital Performer almost exclusively for audio, not MIDI. I want to start working with MIDI, but I'm having a problem. Audio MIDI setup crashes when I try to configure anything, and I really don't have anything configured. The traveler shows up as being available, but the IAC Driver is grayed out. If I try to open up either the Traveler or IAC Driver, Audio MIDI setup hangs and then crashes. I tried moving the MOTU MIDI driver out of the /Library/Audio/MIDI Drivers folder (and then restarting) to see if the Traveler driver was causing the problem, but that didn't help. I've also upgraded to the most recent Firewire audio drivers, version 1.4.23. Is there something else I can try?
I've tried searching this forum and googling and can't seem to come up with anything that helps. Any help that can be provided here would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Audio MIDI Setup crash
Shortly after posting, my computer started suffering kernel panics. I'm currently trying to get it back up and running smoothly. If it continues to be a problem after that, I'll post any more information I might have.
