How to trigger multiple patches at once?

Post by emunity »

I have tried everything. I want to be able to play a Horn and string patch for example and have them play at the same time when I hit any key/ I looked into the layering and changing MIDI channels to 1 and that does nothing. I only here one patch at a time not 2 or more.

Change the MIDI channel of each preset to the same number, MIDI channel 1, for example. Add a MIDI track, set it's output to MIDI Channel 1 for the specific M5 instance.

Done correctly, its not possible for this NOT to work.
