I am using Dp 6 with Metric Halo ULN2 now. I want to change the "Input Monitoring Mode" setting (Setup> Configure Audio System> Input Monitoring Mode>.....)to "Direct hardware playthrough", but it is on " Monitor record-enabled track through effects" mode which can't be changed.
Looks like the Direct hardware playthrough only works with MOTU's own audio interfaces. Is there anyway to get the job done?
Any idea? Thanks!

Generally for non-MOTU audio interfaces, you turn the input monitoring to 'off', then use the software control panel that comes with your audio interface to route a latency-free signal of your input to your speakers. Depending on the interface it might be basic or it could be a complete virtual mixer like with the RME cards.Chao wrote: Looks like the Direct hardware playthrough only works with MOTU's own audio interfaces.
