Mach Five 2 is Absolutely amazing..
I just wanted to post a message in regards to Mach Five 2, and although 2 of my dvd's are not yet working, guess I'll need to call customer service to get that taken care of or sweetwater... But wow Mach Five 2 is simply amazing.. I think I've used every sampler in the box,and none seem this well thought out. Thanks Motu, btw playing nicely in C5 and on Windows XP, in the next weeks or two I'll test other Os's.. Nice job

I read in a post somewhere , they we're still working on a Mach Five 2 update at some point,I'll have to track that down... Anyways It's all new to me right now and playing just fine thus far,I've been on K2,3 Ex1,2 Giga 1,2,3,PLAY,Gvi so this app is making me smile as it's kinda the best of all of those in one imo..
What things are needed most in the next update? Sorry haven't been here long.

Re: Mach Five 2 is Absolutely amazing..
I NEED it to be stable and completely functional on my system..which it isn't.
Sorry man..partially sarcasm..really.
MachFive is fantastic, it is.
The problem is after 2 years and no updates to speak of, that's pretty bad.
Any app that hasn't been updated in 2 years would appear abandoned to most
people.
Features mean nothing to me (it has plenty) and "rumors" mean less.

Re: Mach Five 2 is Absolutely amazing..
I bought Mach Five 2 primarily for looplab to be honest, I was quite surprised when I heard what my samples sounded like through it,(nice)and so it's much more useful now...One thing I'd hope they do is allow the user to see the MIDI input graphically once a sample is mapped via looplab.. That would help tremendously, since with alot of slices,I have no idea of where I'm at..
Pretty sure bug fixes are well known after 2 years,(I'd hope) maybe they will squeeze in a new feature or two, that would be lovely..
Btw how many updates did Mach Five one get in it's lifespan? That seems to tell the story most times ime..
