Factory Reset on 828 MKII

Hi all,

I needed some help in finding a solution to a problem with my analog outs. It appears when i connect an instrument on 1/2 or 3/4, 5/6/ and 7/8 everything shows up fine in the cue mix. However! Once i load up logic or Ableton the inputs are not audible on those exact inputs. Example - I connect a Synth to Analog input 1/2, once I open Ableton 7 or logic Pro 8 to record from the 1/2 input i get no audio, but if i change the input to 3/4 the signal comes through! I'm totally lost as to why this is. So basically every analog input is only audible in my recording software one stereo group over. This is wacky. If anyone knows this or how to do a factory reset since i lost my manual that would be great. Thanks!

Follow these steps to restore the 828mkII to Factory Default Settings.

Disconnect the firewire cable from the 828mkII
Press the Setup knob
Turn the Setup knob all the way to the right
Press the Select knob
Press the Value knob
Power off the interface and plug the firewire cable back in
Power the interface back on

Thanks for the help on that. But unfortunately this didn't solve the problem. I tried setting the default input to analog 1-2 with no luck as well. Is anyone else having this issue or was somebody high when they built my 828?

just because in cue mix FX, the 2 MIC input are after the first 8 (behind the rack) analog input. in logic, the input 1/2 are actually the MIC (front of the rack) ones....
