Hi all. I'm using some older software - DP 4.12, on a G5 dual 2.5 with an earlier version of OS 10 point something (sorry - posting from work). I have kept my Waves Diamond package(5.0) updated simply because it cost so much initially and I have a hard time just letting that kind of money go. When I tried to launch DP yesterday, the authorization prompt for Mach 5 popped up instead of it loading right along with DP as it usually does. I was allowed to decline whereupon DP continued to load until it got to the Waves package where the authorization prompt also popped up. However I could not get past this screen by declining the authorization to get the rest of DP to load (I use neither Mach 5 or Waves plugs in the project I wanted to work on). My ilock was green-lighted and apparently working, but I am wondering since both Mach 5 and Waves authorization failed if it could be an ilock problem. (I know I'm barely functional with all this stuff, but at least I keep trying, right?)
I would really appreciate some typical earth-shattering historic wisdom from you guys.

Re: DP launch problem
Go to iLok.com and see if it recognizes your iLok. If it does, check if it sees all of the proper auths on it.
"I don't see any method at all, sir."
