Post by andrejay »

hey there,
just got a motu ultralite and installed everything running it with a TI firewire card.

the problem is im not getting any sound out of it and when i try to assign the asio driver in ableton i get an error saying "an error occurred with in MOTU ASIO driver. #25"

also when i try to run cuemix fx i get "The device is on a bus that cannot support this trasnfer rate"

im running windows xp service pack 3

anyone know how to resolve this issue??

Hey Andrejay,

A friend of mine tried the exact setup and got a similar response. He finally switched the drivers from ASIO to WDM and all is well. He (before) could not assign separate input channels. After the switch, he did fine. You might try that and see if that solves your problem.
