i tried re-setting the 828 mk3 once, didnt solve any of my issues, just had the feeling that it made things worse (right after the reset, the unit did not boot properly the first time, and it kept "forgetting" cuemix settings for few days...)
u can anyway give it a try, what are your 828 suffering from exactly?
