Thanx for all your hard work. I think you should send your files over to MOTU, I think you have a thing or two to teach them about UI design!![]()

Thanks Mokey Man... I know ... the server that host DM 4 downloads is very bad and sometimes it's down for a while... Sorry about thatmonkey man wrote:Thank you for this, IP. The link didn't appear 'till today for some reason and I've been checking a fair bit lately; this is gratifying.

Thanks!. I'm glad you like DM 4.0 .rodger1811 wrote:I've watched and waited until now to try one of your mods and I have to say that I'm truly impressed and thankful for your efforts! Keep up the good work!
ks. That is a liitle bit complicated... I wish I could satisfy everybody's expectation but I know is too difficult. On the other hand if you change and replace the file that has all this information with the original one, you'll get the lighter SE background back, but you'll loose many other changes i.e. Motu Logo in counter , dark frames on every window , etc. Lets do something. If more DM 4.0 users ask for a lighter SE , MIDI Editor, etc background I'll address that for DM 4.01 update... but if not I would understand that everybody else is happy with the new DM 4.0 SE background... So ket's wait and see what other users say ok?ks wrote:what do i replace if i want to go back to a lighter sequence editor background? is that possible? i like everything about 4.0 but seq. ed. is a bit dark...
Hehehe... Thanks Kwiz!!! Honestly , since I was a little kid I loved 007kwiz wrote:iPerformer,
I was cool with 3.1.5 but the extra touches you've added in v4, DP 6 looks elegant, like a black tie affair.![]()

Thanks for being so generous with you mod.
It's not your fault, IP. I'm grateful for your explanation; I thought it was just my slow connection as links often aren't loaded 'till last like pics. Thank you.iPerformer wrote:Thanks Mokey Man... A sign of true character. Way to go IP!iPerformer wrote:If nobody ask for that , maybe I'll make a special file for you so you'll have all DM 4.0 new features but a lighter SE background..
Cheers.

Thanks for your work and the response. Yes, I wish they would put the audio performance meter in that blank spaceiPerformer wrote:Hey Vincent.RecordingArts wrote:Is there a way to build the audio performance meters into the control panel... maybe the center where there's a bunch of space?

There must be a way, but sadly that should be done by modifying DP's source code... I'm just playing with graphics, and .xml files ... no code modifications.
Sorry. BTW I agree about the waste of space in the whole control panel. DP5.x Control panel has been designed in a smarter way
