When I put it in Bootloader mode is says the download source data is bad. I've downloaded the update twice from the Motu site--what's up?
And why is their tech support number ALWAYS Busy?????

Are you sure the update is meant for the Ultralite? Looking at their download section, I don't see any updates for the Ultralite Mk3

It doesn't matter, I got sick of Motu not answering their tech support line or answering my email requests. I took it back and traded it in for another brand.
