Hi all..... I'm trying to lokate a manual or user guide for a MOTU mk1 and the PCI-324.

Please........ I need some help.

I think you can buy replacement manuals from MOTU. If the one you need isn't on their website, try calling or e-mailing them.
The leading cause of wrong answers is asking the wrong questions.
