warranty policy

:?: hi guys i live in Switzerland my new ultralite is defect i sent it to motu
am told i must pay to get it fixed that a brand new ultralite is only corverd for 3months
how true is that? my ultralite is less than a year

Hi

Warranty depends on where you bought your UltraLite.
In Europe warranty is usually at least one year or more for products.
I have bought my gear from Germany.
The warranty in the Thomann Cyberstore is 3-years for most of the products now days.

So maybe you could contact your UltraLite dealer and ask for the warranty.
They might be able to send it to a repair shop for the warranty repair with no cost for you.
