i have been renaming some patches and i can't hit OK because neither enter nor return will activate it only a mouse click but since i can't see the OK box i can't click it.

does anybody else that is editing and resaving programs have the problem where, since M52 doesn't have a grow box, the dialog box goes past the interface screen and the OK button is not clickable?

When I've had problems like that I usually solve it by changing the screen display resolution in the OS preferences.
