OK, let me re-post this. Does anyone else have DP setup for a 1 bar countoff when recording? OK..... Now, after you record a pass, and press play to listen back, It doesn't play back immediately, but counts down 1 measure( with no sound) and then plays back. If I turn off the count in button, it will playback immediately. Is this the way 6.01 is supposed to work, or is this a bug.
Thanks

Re: RE-Post count in problem
You can set the count in to only be on while in "record mode" if you double click the "1bar" icon on your transport bar and make the appropriate change in the prefs, otherwise as long as you have that button "armed" it will count in.Hope this resolves your problem.Alternately you might have the start point set to -1 bar which I have done mistakenly before.

By the way, there's a whole preference tab regarding countoff and clicks. There are many options for your countoffs, so you need not settle for silence. If it's been a while since you saw DP, and if you've upgraded, then you may have a lot more options than you remember from before.

Re: RE-Post count in problem
I have set it for only during record, but it still makes me wait one bar on playback. By the way, I've had every version since the 80's is what I meant, and have never had this problem. May head back to 5.13 or reinstall
