I worded that poorly, 6.01 is working better and when 6.02 comes out I will see if this makes DP6 my favorite.

Studio Vision Pro was my favorite version!
I guess I'd have to vote for 5.13 at this point - 6 does remind me of the old SVP look, but there are so many things from 5.13 I miss

DP 2.72 and DP3.11.
NO freezes, NO crashes. Nothing but pure music-making bliss.

Re: What was your favorite version of DP?
althought i love 5.13, its a tie between 2.72 and 3.11. both were solid but if i had to choose one it would be 2.72.

Not to be to much of a smart ass but why not go back to your favorite versions of DP?

Good point.
Creativity, some digital stuff and analogue things that go boom. crackle, bits of wood with strings on them that go twang
Re: What was your favorite version of DP?
While the newer versions offer tremendous improvements, I always marveled at the fact that in os 9 with 1/3 the ram and less processor power, my track count was more compared to os x. 3.11 has a place in my heart. But always looking forward to the future with bigger and better things.
Macbook pro, 3 gigs of ram, osx 10.62, Dp 5.13, Live 8.1.2, Reason 4, Tc powercore Virus, Albino 3.02, proper ergonomic sitting posture, plenty of coffee (french press only with a pinch of cardamon added)
My dp inspired music.....
