Nah...he probably is preoccupied with MOTU duties and, after all, it is the weekend.

I heard today that aussie rock legend Jimmy Barnes has been invited to join Van Halen - could be radio DJ BS....James Steele wrote:kassonica wrote:Are you guys talking about diamond dave
No... "magic" dave. He's cooler.Although he doesn't have a bluegrass album coming out.
Re the Euphonix 'tho - I'm caught between a rock and a hard place with controller support. I already have the SAC2k which is now functioning via MIDI only and if they don't come up with a driver update (which I guess by now is a "never to be") then I'll sell it to a windoze user and jump elsewhere. That elsewhere would be the Euphonix but it's not currently completely supported

I wonder how Johnny Stevens would've fared with VH; his voice has cajones, methinks.
How about Ronnie James Dio? LOL

I don't hold out much hope for Motu to do much about any control surface. They have been lacking in this area always. Even the most widely used control surface, the Mackie Control has a very badly written driver for DP. And Motu never did support the Mackie C4, which could have been awesome. I've given up hope for a comprehensive control surface for DP, either through Motu enthusiastically supporting a third party control surface with a proper driver & full funcionality or by making their own branded surface. Someday, here's hoping for either option to happen!

My forefinger has effing arthritis from mixing with a mouse..perhaps MOTU would like to pay my medical bills?..
Seems like MOTU, as much as they wish to compete in the mainstream of the DAW world, has a tendency to do strange little, quirky things, (or strange omissions), that do a great job of keeping them in last place when it comes to 3rd party support.

That doesn't say me much, but atleast the EuCon-support isn't cancelledDaniel,
We hope to be making an announcement regarding DP 6 very soon.
