i got a Behringer V-VERB PRO recently, have been using it by connecting it's analog IN/OUTS with my 828 MK3 INs/Outs.. now i want to go digital as i need more analog channels from 828 MK3.
there is actually an optical S/PDIF in/out section, as well as XLR AES/EBU section on the rear of the V-VERB

i am wondering what would be the best way to connect both units digitally, and using which type of cable exactly. both of them have a word clock interface but i think that it is possible to get the v-verb slave to the 828 and get them phase-locked.
i'm a bit new to digital interfaces, and would appreciate any kind of help, links to particular types of cables (images greatly appreciated
