You may want to check out the thread on this recently. The jury is still out on that and the "new" UVI lacks at least 2 features the PSP engine has/had. I personally don't like the new one.FutureLegends wrote: THAT's hard to argue with
But if they bundle UVI WorkStation with DP6 it might be of considerable intrest to alot of people anyway. I own MachFive so it's not that a big deal to me. But if the UVI WorkStation is more processor friendly I might use that instead. And for people who only use the included VI's in DP5 it looks like a big improvement...
Gee, that was snappy!mattymac1000 wrote:For anyone who is feeling left out, here is a comforting thought: I just received DP6 and 1.) I never got a confirmation shipping email and 2.) my credit card has yet to be charged.
So sit tight, it might come with no warning.

The two features I am missing are the analyzer and the UVI Master controls. I also miss the visual confirmation that MIDI is being received.tommymandel wrote:Hey MLC,
You seemed to imply that this UVI thing is a descendant from a PSP product? Which 2 features are missing? Is it possible they give sucky sounds because they want us to buy better ones from them? Otherwise, what's their angle - why zit free? tanks.
Quick, cancel the order with the credit card company!mattymac1000 wrote:For anyone who is feeling left out, here is a comforting thought: I just received DP6 and 1.) I never got a confirmation shipping email and 2.) my credit card has yet to be charged.

Plug Sound Pro is made by Ultimate Sound Bank, who are located in France I believe.tommymandel wrote:Ah, thanks, MLC. I thought PSP was a reference to the makers of Vintage Warmer. Er, maybe it is - same co.? Great screen snap, btw, now I'm really curious!
