Ultralite firmware 1.15 problem

Hi friends,
Yesterday I upgraded the firmware Ultralite to 1.15 and it did not work more...
Do I need to downgrade the firmware 1.00, but I do not have this file. I found only version for Mac, but need the windows for version.
