« MOTU Wave Edit for DR4 »

Post by Alex_Ander »

Help brothers!!!
At me is « AKAI DR4vr », and « MAK G400 (grey) », where it is possible to get the working program « MOTU Wave Edit for DR4 », and a manual for it!
At thinking, there are two «FDD» with the distribution kit (?), but to establish the program it is not possible, can, and is necessary still what or a component?

.

I'm sorry, but I don't understand a word of what you wrote. All I can say is that you get the MANUAL when you LEGALLY BUY the app.

You DID buy it legally, da?
Mac Mini Server i7 2.66 GHs/16 GB RAM / OSX 10.14 / DP 9.52
Tascam DM-24, MOTU Track 16, all Spectrasonics' stuff,
Vienna Instruments SUPER PACKAGE, Waves Mercury, slaved iMac and Mac Minis running VEP 7, etc.

I think he's talking about an app for one of those ancient boxes that recorded four tracks or something of 16-bit audio in a separate unit controlled by a Mac (back in System 8 days or even 7). Yamaha had a box like this too. At least that's my guess. This is Jurassic era in terms of computer audio, so I know nothing about it.

You might try and contact MOTU directly. I've heard they keep a lot of this older stuff and they MIGHT be able to help you.

They have a usd oen for sale here:

Perhaps you could get them to sell you a copy of the software, considering you already have the "dongle".
