i need some help. I have the MOTU 828mk3, I installed the the drivers per the instructions. But when I try to open up the MOTU cuemix console I get the error message 'No MOTU Audio Devices that support CueMixDSP found', and when I try to open up CueMix FX I get the error message 'No MOTU Audio devices detected'. I checked the device manager and the MOTU shows up under the Sound, video, and game controllers. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I just got it a couple of days ago and I don't want to send it back.

Try un-plugging it and plug-it back on with everything powered up. Also what is the chipset of your Firewire interface.

I'm using a Firewire card with the Texas Instruments chipset. I uplugged and re-plugged the 828 and it is still not detected.

I have the same problem. I reinstalled Win XP, afterwards the Cuemix worked for 10 minutes, after installing other software it doesn't start anymore. I have VIA based Fire-wire. The audio seems to work normally in Nuendo. Hopefully we find some solution for this :)
