Wrong section. In fact, wrong forum completely - but we're flattered!

Hello Rob,
I use a program called ishowU and I love it. It does video capturing and has a ton of options. The company has a companion product called Stomp that gives you all sorts of compression options. The quality is very good, though not the best available. However, to get the best available you are going to pay 8x what you pay for Stomp.

iShowU is easy to use. I think there is a manual for it, I've just never bothered to look at it. ;)

http://www.shinywhitebox.com is the website for both apps.

I 2nd to iShowU and not for just recording video.
It's the only program that I can record Sirius radio from my computer.
I also have HijackPro, but it can't do that.

And for video, I like it better than SnapzPro.
