WOOPS!!

With all my excitement I forgot I purchased DP 5.13 a couple of months ago... and I just pre-ordered DP6 by paying $195 :?

Duh! Now I'm confused... if I bought DP5.13 a few months ago, should I have payed for the upgrade from 5.13 to 6 again??

I just did
Mac Mini Server i7 2.66 GHs/16 GB RAM / OSX 10.14 / DP 9.52
Tascam DM-24, MOTU Track 16, all Spectrasonics' stuff,
Vienna Instruments SUPER PACKAGE, Waves Mercury, slaved iMac and Mac Minis running VEP 7, etc.

Nope. You'd better call MOTU in the morning. There is a PDF order form which will give you the upgrade for free:

https://mail.motu.com/dp6.html

and choose "please click here" link.

When will I learn to think before acting?!?!? Note to self: Think before you act, think before you act....

I'll take care of this tomorrow.

If you haven't done so yet, definitely call MOTU Customer Service. In the past a pre-order means that you aren't charged until the package is ready to ship; so I'm sure it'll be easy to cancel the paid pre-order and get your free upgrade queued up instead.

You bought DP5, or upgraded to it from DP4 (or earlier)?
I assume the latter.

My guess is they would, but I've been wrong before. :) Just search the forum for MLC WRONG! and you should find it. ;)

I asked the question in March in terms of Dp5 upgrade, and the answer was yes.
