828mk3 software problem using asio driver

On the cubase4 or sonar6 program, when I try to setting Asio driver,the sound of winamp and all window sound(for example,folder click sound,media player) turn to strange.However, if I turn off the sonar6 or cubase4, then the sound has no problem. please let me know whatis the problem and advise the resolution. thank you in advance.
