Motu 828 MKII output latency problem

Hey all im new here just wondering if someone can help.

I have an 828 mk2 runing on xp and for some reaosn the the output latency will not drop be 26ms??

i have tried the latest updates, reinstalling both the drivers and cubase but cant get it to drop.

It had been working fine but all of a sudden the output has goneto 26ms..

any ideas??
