Yes A classic Melbourne band thats been around since the 80's

They have released some great tracks and albums.

Great trucking songs from the renaissance is a gem and their first album i believe as well.

Includes a song called 'I was John Bonhams coke roadie'

Oh no, it's certainly sufficiently off topic.

A bunch of friends of mine were into them.
Back in the days when I had friends (of the 3-dimensional kind), that is.

Coming from a dimensionally-challenged Unicorn, I'll take that as a compliment.

Yeah, dimensions. We all need 'em.

Beer goes with pies.

Speaking of 'Pies, don't forget the big game tomorrow at 2:30 on the telly, Mark (it's at the "G").

I sure hope I can wake up in time. :D

It usually takes me 2 to 4 hours to get up; it's a chronic fatigue/blood pressure/heart rate thing.
When I stand up, my heart beats 25-30 pulses/min faster, and it's tricky to lie down again.
When I lie down, she slows by 40% and it's tough to get up again.
I'm damned if I do and I'm damned if I do.

Alarm? I'll be setting it for at least 2 hours "early", but this doesn't gauarantee anything.
Even at maximum volume, I sleep through it every day (1hr59mins of it!).
Funny, because until 16 months ago, for my entire life, I'd only slept 2 hours max and woken at the drop of a pin.
Don't get me wrong though - I'm grateful to finally get some shuteye, so I'll take whatever I can get. :D

No TV, eh? ABC 3LO Local Radio might be the go; 3AW's all ads anyway.
Go the mighty 'Pies! :D
