MOTU 24/io - 44.1 Flashing

I moved my setup from one side of the room to the other today disconnecting then re-connecting all the kit. Everything is back together fine except the MOTU 24/io which when I turn it on does the 44.1 Flashing thing.

I've seen it do this before and I can't remember how I resolved it, perhaps just by switching connections from one Firewire slot to another but this is not resolving it here.

I run Vista, and the driver installs fine, I can run Cuemix and Audio Console too.

Can someone offer any idea as to how I may get the unit back online properly?

Clock signal is not found. Maybe it's assigned to an extrenal clock that the 24i/o can't find.
Assign it to its internal clock.
