Cue Mix / 828 mk III Routing Question

Here's what I'm wanting to do:

Take the microphone input and route it to:
-one of the two MOTU pres on my 828 mk III
-one of the external pres in my collection (where I could then route it back into an analog channel input)

I'm not sure how to accomplish this in Cue Mix. Basically I'm wanting to take the mic signal *before* it is preamped and run that into 1) the internal pre, 2) an external pre. Is this possible? How do I go about it?
