Unless of course...
DP thinks their stuff is so damn amazing that external ssl channel strips , lexicon reverbs and other "old stuff" is no longer needed compared to their EEEEEEEE VERB..lol
Thats very very funny
You know..I'm kind of 1/2 eating my words a bit today..
Because since I posted, I have figured out some nice ways to route out of DP...so..the technology is there..but..as with many things in DP...

You have to figure it out...
So perhaps I should just complain about DP making it EASIER to route out by setting up some sort of pre made templet or set up...
But it would be more PROFESSIONAL of DP, if they took into account the need for external routing and made these templets or even made dedicated architecture to accomplish this..
DP is a wonderful tool..but damn if they are always so shy about what it can do! They hide too much..lol

Yes you are correct I love it as well. Its just the EEEEE VERB is/was one of the most crap sounding verbs in digital history IMHO I've heard freebies that sounded WAY better.

Sometimes motu get it SOOOO wrong, EEEEVERB and the removing the 24 bit selector from the transport bar and a default 16bit setting are two examples.

However most of the time THEY GET IT SO RIGHT, even if it is hidden and you have to seek it out.

Lets add that we should also be able to see the damn buffer size at all times..
I dont know how many times I've had a buffer at 128 on a loaded file, hit play and had to watch DP die right before my eyes..

Better yet..Why dont we add the ability of any given file to re set global parameters to the way they were when the damn file was last used..it is so STUPID for all these global things to change..Buffers, Swing Value, ad infinitum!!

While we're at suggesting, please MOTU make the notation more complete. Thanks.

Please make the Masterworks compressor attack setting go faster than 10 mS. You can't properly de-ess without it being faster. 1 mS should be the minimum fastest range. The Apple multi-band goes there (but their control settings make no sense). And correct the spelling of Threshold in the help pop-up for god's sake.

Yep the proper spelling will make it sound better too

I do agree though with the attack setting, it should be faster.
