No Crossfades when loading chunks

Post by KKeys »

Got a problem that I hope isn't bug in DP. I frequently load chunks into other files to make things easy for playing live. I just noticed that my crossfades no longer exist when I load a chunk into a new file. My fades are all there but if I have two adjacent soundbites with a crossfade, that crossfade is gone in the new file. An obvious workaround is just to merge soundbites before loading chunks but I thought I'd check here to see if anyone else has the same problem. I'd hate to think that DP drops little things like this. It just would make me more paranoid that simple stuff doesn't work like it should.

That's not the half of it. Try copying and pasting within a project (or to a different take) sections of audio that contain crossfades, and half the time the crossfades disappear. I suspect your problem is related to that. Damn pain!
