Traveler under Windows XP error

I used my Traveler in a whil.
Iwent to hook it up and I downloaded the newest driver.
It shows up okay in the device manager, but it wont run right.
When I go to open the Cuemix Console I get an ERROR.
"The devise is on bus that can not support this trasfure rate"
I uninstalled the driver and installed the old on, same results.
The only thing I might be forgetting is an updated IEEE Firewire driver under XP.
I can't find the original CD that came with my motherboard.
I think it had an updated driver for the firewire controller.
My motherboard has a Texas Instruments OHC controller on it.

Has anyone seen this.
