Selecting a soundbite in seq editor highlights it in the soundbite list.

Object oriented audio editing, like in Samplitude :) Creating automations or new tracks for different soundbites takes so much more time.

More reliable Fades in terms of not only speed, but if I put them they should stay there, and open and play correctly every time.

As an OPTION, I'd like to see MIDI regions (a la PT) for certain things. This could be set in the preferences.

All old bugs gone, and zero new bugs... Ok, at least fix the older bugs.

okay, here's a big one that is more inline with a 'DP7 crazy request'. sorry.

Spectral View with specific time and frequency editing functions similar to what Audition and a few others offer. This way of editing/fixing/EQing will become increasingly standard, and it's best for DP to get on that boat soon. At some point it will make the difference in new platform selection to many users.
