Noisy piques in SPDIF In/Out

Post by boleon »

Hi everyone,

I'm running a Traveler on XP.

Some time after turning it on (between few minutes and few hours) I'm starting to get random piques of noise in my SPDIF in/out although they are not connected to anything.

The meters for SPDIF go all wild and if I crank up the track on CueMix I hear a distorted noise.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

I'm having the same issue with my 828 mk2. I read somewhere that it may be related to wireless internet setting, I guess it can be on your machine or neighbors.

I was having the same problem, then I changed the settings in the control panel, from ADAT in's and out's, to TOS link.
The random bursts are gone now... hope this helps.

Paco.
